「We had a good stay while in town for Air Force BMT graduation. It was less than 30 min from base so it was not a far drive. Don't let the rough-looking neighborhood deter you. 「My parents, sisters and nephew and myself all stayed together at this house, traveling to the area to watch my brother graduate from the airforce. It was conveniently close to the Lackland base, only about a 15 minute drive. The area and homes surrounding the house are a bit run down, but most of the neighborhoods we saw in the area surrounding the base were similar. The house itself was nice, and had comfortable beds! I recommend it to any traveling to this area.」

「We rented the house for Thanksgiving to host all of our out of town guests! The hosts were incredibly responsive and bent over backwards to make sure we had an amazing time! The house is stunning and incredibly well maintained. The big lot and many outdoor activities provided the kiddos with a lot to do outside. Downtown Boerne is just a few minutes away, so we were able to enjoy that as well. You must stay here when in the San Antonio area!」

"The location is excellent, right in the center of the Riverwalk, which is very convenient, but the service was terrible. I booked a room with two beds, but they gave me a room with only one king-size bed. We stayed for three nights, and on the first night, the water pressure was extremely low, making it almost impossible to shower. We reported the issue to customer service the next day, but the repair attempt was ineffective. We reported the problem again that evening, and only after making three phone calls after midnight did they finally address the issue. Although the water pressure improved slightly, it was still not satisfactory. We requested to change rooms, but they said all rooms were full, even though I clearly saw many available rooms on their online platform. I am a loyal Hyatt customer, and this experience was truly disappointing!"
