「No signage with directions to the pool. Once there the pool dated, cloudy and dirty. The bathtub was old and permanently stained. Long hairs were in the tub when I arrived and stayed for 2 days until I removed them on the 3rd day.」

We paid a premium luxury rate to enjoy resort amenities we could not even access or use. We noticed dirty surfaces, an unclean bathroom, and overall poor housekeeping, which made us uncomfortable during our stay. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and service.」
