“4 disgusting leering men present at 2am. This motel was so filthy and stunk like mold and curry. I told them I was canceling the reservation as the hotel was in unacceptable condition and I felt unsafe. They instead marked me as a no show and refused to refund me for the stay. Contacted the insurance I paid for. It can take a year to get my money back if the insurance even decides to pay & super complicated filing protocol for the insurance. Absolutely the worst experience at a hotel I ever had…”

“The eggs and sausage were not the best other than that our stay was pleasant and we were able to rest after a long trip. At around 8pm someone played with the elevator on our floor and we heard alarms going off for about 10 min”

“Room was dirty. Sheets were stained and found hair in the sheets when pulling back the cover. There was a gap between the bottom of the room door and the ground which could cause bugs the crawl inside. I had to squeeze a towel into that space to prevent bugs crawling in. Fire alarm appeared to be ripped from the wall leaving exposed wires. Mold on the ceiling in the shower. Breakfast was below subpar. The waffle mix and syrup tasted watered down. Juice machine was extremely watered down... might……
