「Ich hatte dieses Hotel im Voraus bezahlt, konnte jedoch aufgrund stornierter Flüge nicht anreisen. Leider war es für mich nicht möglich, einen Ansprechpartner zu erreichen, um die Situation zu klären oder eine Lösung zu finden. Da ich nie im Hotel eingecheckt habe, kann ich die Unterkunft selbst nicht bewerten. Meine Bewertung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf die mangelnde Erreichbarkeit und die fehlende Unterstützung bei meinem Anliegen.」

「Wir haben dieses Hotel nun bereits zum zweiten Mal in Folge besucht und waren erneut sehr zufrieden. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Mitarbeiter, die zu jeder Zeit freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit waren. Man fühlt sich als Gast jederzeit willkommen und gut betreut. Auch die Zimmer haben uns überzeugt: Sie sind groß, geräumig und sehr sauber. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein angenehmes Ambiente und einen hohen Komfort.」

「L’hotel est flambant neuf. Notre chambre était très très spacieuse et propre. Le personnel était très sympa et serviable. Je ne trouve aucun point négatif. Je recommande à 100 %.」

「Only good thing is all the staff at the front desk and especially Mohamed. Property is brand new but seems the owners want to save money as much as possible. So for an Accor group 4* hotel and brand new hotel they are extremely understaffed.」

「Everything was clean, well organized. I missed out on the spa. Maybe it was open during the day but I was out all day during my days there. The included breakfast buffet had a good variety.」

Kæmpe anbefaling her fra. Et minus er dog at det er lidt lang fra de fleste ting. 」
