I absolutely loved my stay here! The suite was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect for me and made getting around so easy. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. And an extra special mention to their cutest little dog! 🐶❤️ I looked forward to seeing him every day! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Turkey!

Hotel photographs misleading. There is no sauna/spa in this hotel, no restaurant canteen. The gym is around the corner which is good and quick to get to. It is a long way from the city centre.

Der Aufenthalt war schön und alles andere war top. Einziges Manko: Das WLAN lief unregelmäßig und die Seife aus der Beschreibung hat im Zimmer gefehlt. Trotzdem ein positiver Eindruck, wir waren zufrieden!

My review is not on the hotel, HiperSuites Residence. This review is on the behaviour on expedia staff who were very unhelpful ofor getting my full refund for the whole holiday due to easyjet agent at the boarding gate, gate 48 at London Gatwick airport who mishandled and lost my passport. Furthermore, I asked for the cctv footage to be reviewed which I am still waiting for. I also got the police involved who were more helpful to speed things up on my cctv footage. Basically this review is about how happy expedia and easyjet are quick to take your money, but they try to make it hard to get your full refund due to their staff negligence. If you ever travel and they ask to see your passport, do not let your passport out of sight ever. Do not trust these agents. I would have loved to stay at the Hiper Suites Hotel.

Apartment was clean and very modern. Facilities were great & we found the minimal pots pans etc was great as it meant using less and less clear up! We loved the fact the windows in the lounge had shutters, this was especially useful when watching movies on an evening as we were able to block out the lights from the shops across the road. The TV has Netflix which we logged into our own account. It also has Apple casting. The other applications didn’t work as you needed a pin. I requested this on day 1 but never got a reply. The reception isn’t manned very often so made asking questions very difficult. We were unsure where to put our rubbish bags as this wasn’t shown to us on check in. We ended up asking some other residents within the building. The parking isn’t really parking as such, it’s a small driveway to the side of the shops downstairs which gets busy with mopeds from delivery drivers. We ended up parking on the street to ensure we were not blocked in and able to drive as and when we wanted. The area is pretty central & we were able to get around via our hire car pretty easily. Although we were not on holiday & we’re travelling for medical reasons. Overall we had a great stay & would definitely stay again!
