"We decided to try this Chalet for 2 nights while visiting Annecy. Somehow I expected it to be closer to the city--turned out to be a 40-minute drive each way. Looking back at the property description I see that they say the lake is 38 minutes away, so maybe I just missed this originally...? "The guesthouse was situated in an nice autentical house thar was furnished with taste. Lots of shared space like a kitchen and living room and even garden. Marc was an excellent host. Breakfast was very nice with warm baked bread ansd self made fruit salade. Nice bed and shower. Due to the warm weather i was happy with the fan. I warmly recommend this place !"

"The hotel did not have heating at night. Bedroom sheet was wet due how damp it was. We spoke to the owner multiple times, he did not bother to come and check on the heat. He complained that we left an apple and some other items at the room at the time of checkout. There was NO trash bag, trash can, or soap. He complained when I told him that my child had dairy allergies. He said: “ Why do you have a problem?” Well, people have different allergies. That was the worst attitude I have ever...

"This was a unique property in former house in a residential neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The room was large and everything was up to date. Nice breakfast included as was on site parking. Nice personal service from the owner. Public transit nearby and tickets were included."

"Very large room and bathroom. Everything brand new and spotlessly clean. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains from the balcony. The room is in a residential area, 10 minutes walk from Rolle train station and from the town center, where there are some restaurants. The owners who live downstairs are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is also good and at a reasonable price. I recommend it."

"Good hotel near river. Friendly staff. Quiet. Safe building. We had balcony but hotel is too short to see river. Kitchenware plenty. Large fridge. Tv had many channels with 6 main languages each. Fr, It, Eng, Ge, Sp and Arab. Would definitely go back. Bathroom is smallish but fine. Sadly there's a legal red light district 4 blocks away otherwise it would be perfect."
