Great bargain but issues

I had really high hopes for this location because of the reviews and the economy price.. Quite disappointed to find that the pool was closed for renovations , was one of the reasons I booked at this location.. Another unique or strange thing to note is the construction of the building itself. The one bedroom has a kitchenette along the wall by the balcony there is an open vent there that has no way of being closed roughly 7 in wide floor to ceiling.. let's in a lot of Street noise. This can be an issue because there's a hospital a few blocks away and there can be loud sirens at any time of day or night. I did have an opportunity to look at one of the two bedroom units and if one of those would be available I would definitely go back again because the bedrooms are set back from the outside wall and the kitchen and living room are larger. even for the additional cost it'd be well worth the money for that. For anyone that's interested the pool is supposed to be fixed and reopened by November 2nd I believe. I will also mention they have excellent security at this place. Front desk is staffed and then there's a separate security desk that's posted 24 hours. Five total ATMs at or near the property and right outside the front entrance were two restaurants with very good food. Should note the entire first floor is businesses, the entrance to the apartments is on the second level terrace.

Para mi el mejor Alojamiento del Sector! El apartamento es amplio y agradable, y la vista es insuperable. La mejor vista. The property was conveniently located, easy access to taxis service and only a 25 minute ride from airport without traffic. Amenities are great, pool, gym, etc are abundant. Kitchen in apartment was helpful but there was a cracked glass and broken cup. Walls displayed wear and tear but were fine. We hope to stay again…
