This place is conveniently located a few steps from the american embassy. The staff is amazing, very helpful and kind. This hotel is small but it fulfilled my purpose of getting the process wit the embassy done. Great place to stay!

Muy mala experiencia. Me informaron que el desayuno no estaba incluido, aunque en la reservación figuraba como incluido. La recepción es muy pequeña y el edificio está en muy malas condiciones para alojar a tantas personas. La atención fue poco profesional, la habitación muy reducida y en mal estado, y la ropa de cama no se veía limpia. Me quedé solo porque ya era tarde, pero no regresaría ni lo recomenda

Me enviaron para una habitación que no era dentro del hotel, era otro edificio separado sin siquiera tener espacio para fumadores, el televisor no prendía, traté de comunicarme con recepción para arreglar el problema y me dijeron que para mañana estaría arreglado pero mi estadía se terminaba hoy, toallas de servicio completamente curtidas nisiquiera fui capaz de utilizarlas, tuve que salir a comprarme una toalla (algo que nunca me había pasado) por otro lado, en fotos están vendiendo algo completamente diferente a lo que en realidad es en persona. No volvería a hospedarme aquí y tampoco lo recomiendo.

Espantosa atención por parte de la recepcionista (venezolana o costeña no se) Parece un motel en vez de un hotel. Hay que abrir un portón horrible, las habitaciones literal están divididas por una hoja que pasa todo el ruido. Parejas teniendo sexo hasta las 2 am, televisores y música a todo volumen. Horrible experiencia para hacer un trámite 0 recomendado, helado feo y frío. No dan ningún servicio especial. 0/10

Decepcionado del hotel, para empezar cuando llegué con mis dos hijos y mi mujer, la recepcionista era horriblemente mala. Me hizo pagar la totalidad de la tarifa sabiendo que ya había pagado la mitad por la aplicación de hotels.com y me dijo que debía pedir la devolución a la app porque a ellos supuestamente esa plata no les llegaba. Su servicio era peor que pésimo y para evitar problemas tocó pagarlo todo. Sinceramente me sentí atracado en la cara. La ubicación es muy buena si tienen citas en la embajada, las habitaciones son buenas y en general sus instalaciones también. Simplemente un lugar para pasar la noche.

Nos dieron una habitación que quedaba fuera del hotel, la cual era bastante fría y no era agradable. Nos llevamos la decepción porque las fotos en la página no daban cuenta de la habitación que nos asignaron. Pedimos cobija, porque la cama tenia una muy delgada y tardaron mucho en llevárnosla. Tuvimos que llamar varias veces a la recepcionista para que no olvidara facilitarnos esta. Se había separado una habitación doble, pero la cama era pequeña. El precio que pagamos mi madre y yo no justifica la calidad del servicio. Un punto a favor es que queda muy muy cerca a la Embajada y para personas que venimos de afuera para la entrevista de la visa, la ubicación es perfecta.
