"The hotel is trying to impress but it feels forced. The Atmosphere is dry with odd sounding music. The rooms are dark. No fridge or other amenity. No one smiling. Service slow. Food not quite hitting the mark. It just didn’t feel friendly. Disappointing."

"Staff, room, and restaurant were amazing. Great communication. Easy check in. Beautiful/comfortable room. All good was well labeled. They even made me a gluten free breakfast to go. I would highly recommend for people with food allergies."

"This is the perfect location to explore Lake Bled & Lake Bohinj for our family of 4. It is spotlessly clean. Also, it has efficient air conditioning and a washing machine which aren’t listed in its amenities but were a wonderful bonus. We highly recommend it."
