“The 9.7/10 rating for Best Friends and Family Hangout were very misleading. For the price, we expected a clean, well‑maintained property, and that was not our experience.Upon arrival, the washer and dryer were still full of the previous guests’ laundry, and the unit had not been properly cleaned. The welcome book instructed guests to start a load of laundry and run the dishwasher before checkout, but this was impossible given the situation. “Excellent host and property. The young folks all loved the pool, and we loved that we could sit so close and enjoy their fun. The home was very clean, well-maintained, lovely, and had everything we needed. The host was the best ever for communication, answering any questions and even got a fly swatter delivered within hours after I asked if there was one in the house. The gym area was very much appreciated by my son also. The kitchen had everything we needed, very thoughtful with stocking it. We……

“The houseboat was amazing with unobstructed views of the water. Very clean, well stocked with everything you could need. I would highly recommend this houseboat! It is a walk from the parking deck but manageable and we had two people who have difficulty walking. ”
