What some of our guests do not love about our listing:
- This is an apartment/studio in a triplex. There are tenants downstairs below the unit, and you may hear them occasionally.
- This is an upstairs unit, meaning you'll be going up and down a flight of stairs each time you enter or exit.

Our home comfortably sleeps 2 with a full sized bed in the unit.
- The home occupancy permits 3 people, but only 2 overnight guests.


Complimentary coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

You have access to the entire studio apartment during your stay.

We live about 10 minutes away from the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.

*Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.
