Summary:
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Nampa home. This home backs up to one of Nampa's paved greenbelts (The Stoddard Path), with a playground only 1/4 mile walk away. The backyard is large and surrounded by large trees giving you a lot of privacy and feeling tucked away from neighbors. The Primary suite has a King bed, guest bedrooms are equipped with a Queen bed, and Queen Bunks. Styled tastefully and ready for you!
The Space:
This home is right next to one of Nampa's Greenbelt trails, the Stoddard Pathway! Enjoy nice trees and natural grasses as you walk, run or ride your bike on Stoddard Pathway. The pathway has approximately two miles of paved surface and stretches from East Iowa Avenue to a about one-half mile south of East Locus Lane. Parking is available by Maple Wood Park located off of Greenhurst Road.
We also have electric scooters in the garage available for rent during your stay to explore the pathway! A super fun bonus activity for your family. Ride at your own risk.

Shady Grove Neighborhood is a small residential development just minutes away from NNU.
Getting Around:
Take exit 38 Idaho Center Blvd from I-84 W. Turn left on the Garrity Blvd, turn left onto S Can Ada Rd, then a right onto S Can Ada Rd/N Happy Valley Rd, At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto E Amity Ave, turn left onto Chicago St/Louisiana Pl then a right onto E Elm Grove Dr and the destination will be on the left.
There is limited public transportation, you will definitely want a vehicle to get here and around town. While Uber or Lyft may be available, it may be sparse with long wait times.

Noise & Neighborhood Disclaimer:
This home is in a lived-in neighborhood. While it’s generally quiet, we cannot guarantee there won’t be occasional sounds of neighbors, pets, or traffic. No refunds will be given for external noise beyond our control.
Security Cameras (Exterior Only) Disclosure:
For the safety of guests and the property, outdoor-only security cameras are in use. There are no cameras inside the home.
Early Check-in / Late Check-out Policy:
Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and must be pre-approved in writing. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees per Airbnb policy.
No Compensation for Utility Outages:
In the rare event of a local utility outage (Wi-Fi, power, water), the host is not responsible, and no compensation will be provided. We’ll do our best to assist, but outages are typically out of our control.
Photographic Accuracy & Variations:
We regularly update and improve our space. While photos are representative, some decor or furniture may differ slightly. This does not qualify as grounds for refund.
Guest Responsibility for Damages:
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, as outlined in Airbnb’s Terms of Service and AirCover policy. Any issues must be reported immediately to avoid further impact.
