With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates 10 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home cooking, and complimentary coffee is provided. Head outside to the spacious backyard with seating, seasonal pool (typically mid-May to mid-September) and hot tub!

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. No Smoking - minimum $250 fine. Pool is seasonal, unheated, and there is no fence surrounding pool. Basement bunk room has 2 twin over twin bunkbeds which are meant for children - sheets are provided for the bottom bunk beds only - if you would like to use the top bunks, please bring your own twin size sheets or sleeping bags. Grill is a charcoal grill - please bring your own charcoal if you wish to use it.
