  • Located just 1/2 mile southwest of BSU and the Morrison Center, Boise's Gem is perfectly situated for exploring Boise. Enjoy a short walk to several restaurants and a quick bike ride to the center of Boise's 25 mile long greenbelt. The home is close to the Historic Train Depot and downtown, offering convenience and charm.

    Inside, you’ll find a super clean space with a thoughtfully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Relax in style with the brand new 50" QLED Smart TV with complimentary Directv satellite cable with local channels, Netflix, Paramount+, and Prime video (tv wires are now hidden in the wall).

    The quiet neighborhood ensures a peaceful stay, while central air conditioning keeps you comfortable during Boise’s hot summers.

    With a private driveway and an electronic smart lock, you’ll have easy, secure access with each guest receiving your own code.
