The guy that checked us is what outstanding!!!!! Friendly and great customer service. Our room was nice, however there could be a bit more effort from the cleaning staff to clean. Shower floor was dirty, toilet in bowl was dirty and night stands had definitely not been wiped down.

Exceptionally loud!!!
Horrible 2nd night. Loud, obnoxious young adults running up and down the hall,yelling and screaming in their room until after 2:00am. Called front desk 3 times from 11:45pm until 2:00am to request they do something about the noise. The guest’s would be quiet for about 5 min. Then start up again.

The space is central to anything you need, and has plenty of parking. The building is modern and updated and the lobby has a plethora of fun games and activities.

I enjoyed the colorful, modern atmosphere at Tru by Hilton. The pool area was perfect for family fun, and the lobby had games and plenty of room for my grandkids to play when they came to visit me there.

Not so great this trip
We stayed four nights, got two towels in the room for bathing would be nice to have at least for bath towels. The heater made a god awful noise went it kicked on so we had to keep turning it down to stop the noise. When we arrived it wasn’t on heat it was on cool. Keep in mind it was 30-40 degrees outside. The next day breakfast was eh the pancakes cold and selection of food not so great. Hot chocolate and coffee not good. We thought our room would be attended it wasn’t so had to go get towels. On day three room got attended, heater still not fixed, they changed the soap in shower but put in body lotion instead of bath soap oh and besides they left the cap on the dang thing when they did put the wrong one on there. Day 3 was not the greatest on the room as they just tossed the blankets in the bed (I could’ve done that) only gave two towels again and still no heater fixed. They asked on day four if we wanted to change rooms (it was last night, eh NO). We always stay at this location in Meridian but this wasn’t the greatest stay and felt as though for the price we deserved better service.

Aside from nonfunctioning internet, a nice stay
A nice place to stay, albeit a bit loud. The main concern was the interest barely worked. It would fade in and out and last for only a few minutes. I wouldn't stay here again because reliable internet is mandatory when I'm traveling for work. But if you're staying for funsies, the atmosphere and breakfast could be worth your time!

The hotel is clean and well appointed for my tweens (comfy beds, big TV, pool, snacks, included breakfast). The staff were super friendly - & location great being right off the highway. The airport is a only 10 minutes minute drive.

Room was unique to optimize space. No closet but had clothes rack and wall mounted iron and ironing board. Innovative hooks and hanger pegs. Desk space inadequate for any work. Poor "desk chair" and nested "desk" without good lighting. No in-room microwave or refrigerator a negative. Innovative open reception space with breakfast area that doubles as lobby. Front desk staff had to be asked to replace empty coffee jug 2 out of 3 mornings I was there- training issue? Pet friendly a plus. Breakfast pancakes not working. Needs another toaster for bagles and toast.

This hotel is super comfortable. After 9 hours on the road, it was really nice to be warmly greeted and taken care of with check in. The hotel is clean and in a nice part of town with everything you could need within walking distance.

This was hands down the worst experience at a Hilton brand hotel ever. The clerks were incredibly rude. The night clerk called me a liar when I said the property listed laundry service (washer/dryer for guests). I showed her in two places where the property lists the amenity. It was late 10pm and we simply left to a local laundromat. In the morning the clerk refused me breakfast because she didn’t recognize me despite the fact I’d been in the gym on the peloton for an hour directly across from the lobby? Hands down terrible service from this property. Room was nice.

My room was right next to the highway and all the rice burners were driving around that night and the next night. The air conditioner sounds like one of those rice burners. The room was not as clean as it should have been and no microwave !!
