「Property was very clean. All essential items on the property worked fine. One missing item from the property and that was the space heater. Understandable considering there is normally not a huge call for such an item in FL! Owner/manager was responsive when contacted. Would not recommend this property for anyone with any mobility disabilities due to property layout. This property met my needs for a week visit(well close to a week) to my parents. For the price it worked just fine. ...

「The house was clean and neat. They are currently putting a pool in to make future stays even more relaxing! The construction was no bother at all, we spent most of our time at the beach anyways. Cant wait to stay here again and enjoy the pool on the next go around.」

I much rather prefer little places like this, that have all the basics of a low key but enjoyable area. It was just what we needed to enjoy all Sanibel has to offer.」

The hotel was ideally located next to a small shopping center with a restaurant, beach goods shop, and ice cream parlor...and just 5 minute walk from the beach! It was clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for a long-weekend getaway. We'll definitely be back!」
