This two level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom canal front home is exactly what's needed for an excellent vacation on beautiful Pine Island! This property has beautiful tropical decor to get you settled into the island lifestyle. You can relax and enjoy the views and wildlife on the back patio or grill the day's catch. This canal has incredilble Gulf access and you will be out to the intra-coastal in minutes for some of the best fishing in not just the country, but the world. Bring your boat! Boat lift included with trailer parking available in the lot next door.

Great!

We come to this part of Bokeelia every year, but this was the first time we stayed at this property and on this street (normally on Porto Bello). Definitely a great house, nice and updated and each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is a small half bath downstairs, which is nice. Kitchen is decently appointed, though I tend to bring a lot of cooking supplies of my own. We arrived a bit of ahead of schedule so we messaged to see if we could check in early - they were able to accommodate us, and communication was prompt and easy. It rained much of our trip so we did not get the boat out as much as usual, but the boat lift was great to have and easy to use. The street is really quiet and you can walk to the marina and small boat ramp (it’s a primitive one, but did the job getting our 20ft boat in the water). Tons of mullet jumping in the canal, and sheepshead nibbling at the sea wall. Overall just a great, relaxing stay! Definitely recommend! This property will be on our short list for next year and probably more. Thanks!

Inaccurate Listing/ slow response

Would love to give a 5 star review, but sadly, no. Listing title states “Bokeelia 2/2, boat lift included.” When we arrived on Sunday afternoon there was already a boat in the lift. I called the property management office and got the answering service and left a message. The option was to leave our boat on the trailer or dock it at the sea wall which was encrusted with oysters. I called back on Monday afternoon, got the answering service again and left a message again. Finally midday Tuesday they responded and someone moved the boat off the lift. House is well appointed and comfortable. If you plan on cooking, there’s cookware but an empty pantry, so bring everything you need. We only had 2 bath towels and a hand towel in our bathroom - no spares. Would have been nice to have a hair dryer. Location is excellent for fishing and felt safe. Just wish that we had gotten a prompt response to our boat lift dilemma.
