「This was a wonderful vacation! The house was perfect! Very clean and decorated beautifully! We had everything that we needed! Great location too! 「No shops semi detach house other side also vacation rental not disclosed outside no yard maintenance in the month we were there just weeds no code for garage minimal linens and kitchen suppliers no cleaning tools like broom vacuum or mop and pail. Poor condition of pots not keeping up inventory on cutlery and other items only one couch but says 6 can sleep there but no where to sit no chai’s no table judy wobbly bar stools at kitchen counter this place not set up for longer term rentals listing...

Tom and Ellie were exceptional hosts—always quick to respond and available whenever we needed anything.The home itself is absolutely stunning—beautifully updated and thoughtfully designed with every amenity you could imagine. 「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic waterside villa – ideal for families! We stayed with our wife and 4 children and had a brilliant holiday. We were sceptical at first as there were only 3 reviews, but realised it’s a new listing – and we’re so glad we booked! Arrival exceeded expectations: the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, all appliances like new, perfect for family meals. Beds are huge and incredibly comfortable; bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The laundry room was a great bonus. Pool area...

「This property was very clean and comfortable. It is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with well-kept private homes. Furnishings were modern and accommodating. The pool was fun, but the air was cold during our visit, so we didn’t use as much as we would have liked. The only major complaint we had was that much of the cookware was badly treated Teflon with chips and peeling surfaces. Otherwise, the kitchen was great! We had a wonderful stay!」

The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. Great place for a large group.」
