“We had a very nice stay at the tiny house! (Keep in mind, it is tiny) But very comfortable!! An unique experience and the property was outstanding compared to all the other units in the vicinity. It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. Decorated nicely! Loved the loft! Great alternative to a hotel room. We would definitely stay at Matlacha Tiny……

“Have wanted to visit Sanibel for long time & this was the perfect place to stay. Had everything we needed & a great location - close to the beach. Was able to see manatees at the end of the garden - which was amazing. Would recommend to anyone.”

“I booked this condo for a girls trip. They place was easy to get to and sits on the water in a channel. While we didn't see much wildlife in the channel it was still nice sitting out on the screened patio by the water. Our neighbors had an issue with their AC and thought we might have too - when looking the AC thermostat was on a temporary hold. Once we figured that out we fine. Management was very attentive to the situation and wanted to rectify the situation. There was a bit of confusion on……

“The house is beautiful, great that there is 4 bedrooms with king size beds. One recommendation would be to add a set of bunk bedlo or another single bed to one bedroom so the house could accommodate two families of 5. Also a TV in the second bedroom with and ensuite would be a nice addition. Thanks for sharing your home! Lots of linens, access to pool toys and bikes was nice extras. Great poolside furniture. Awesome to have the dock patio set to have a meal at. A couple recommendations would……

“Older house in good condition. Spacious house (even for 8 people) and nice floor plan with Master bedroom on one side and 3 bedrooms on other side. Nice Pool area with heater that heats up water by about 3 degrees Fahrenheit on a sunny day. Great location by canal and close to shops. Good value for price, we were happy. Nice German property manager.”

“Es ist ein kleineres Haus älterer Bauart, was durchaus seinen Charme hat. Sehr gute Lage - alles schnell zu erreichen und trotzdem ruhig. Nette Wohngegend. Buchungsabwicklung absolut problemlos und seriös. Das Highlight ist der tolle Poolbereich! Die Einrichtung ist teilweise leider schon ziemlich abgewohnt und sollte in größerem Umfang ersetzt werden (Master-Bad, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Türen Einbauschränke ...). Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung nicht mehr ganz auf einem aktuellen Stand (z.B. gibt……

“We were there for a Girls Trip and the property was very nice and roomy. There were a couple of minor issues; such as, the pool was not heated although we were told the water temperature was 85 degrees. The water didn't appear to be very warm so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The smoke detector kept chirping even after the battery was changed out; and one of the ceiling fans on the lanai seemed a little loose so we just didn't run the fan. In spite of these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed……

“Beautiful home on canal, with a super large outdoor area with BBQ grill, pool with 5 lounge chairs, spa, table for six, plus additional seating area w/gas firepit. The house is equipped with everything you need. We would definitely rent again. Sadly it's booked for March and April for 2025 and 2026 already.”

“Quiet neighborhood. Clean, smelled wonderful, interior was updated modern. Outdoor pool was salt water and clean. Putting green, although small was a lot of fun! Just one thing to consider is to nail down one of the boards by tiki hut area that was loose.”

“This home had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, lots of different sitting areas, and a well appointed kitchen. The lanai and pool area were fabulous! So many ways to enjoy the outdoors whether you wanted to be in the shade, in the sun or watching the large TV. We would love to stay here again. Shopping and many dining venues close by.”

“We have stayed here several times before and enjoyed each visit. The solar heated pool is one of the best features. The home is starting to show a little wear but nothing to detract from the visit. Kitchen is lacking in bakeware, such as cookie sheet, pizza sheet, muffin tins. Items that might be good for longer stays.”

“The pictures didn’t lie. The layout of the house fit so well for all of our ages. It exceeded most of our expectations. The pool was so fun for all. The game room brought all together at night. Kayaking the canal was a great experience. Our grandson’s highlight was catching the Garfish. Being able to spend time together with our family at this very accommodative location will be a treasured memory.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed for 3 days with family prior to go up north to madiera. We experienced new things and some great food. Really enjoyed the hot tub at night after long days of driving around and the activities. Husband even saw a gopher tortoise in the backyard! House was clean, beds were comfy. Very well stocked in the kitchen. Met the host and she was very nice! Thank you again for a great stay!”
