「Everything was excellent, will definitely stay there again!!」

「Just fell asleep an hour was bitten by bedbugs woke up, the whole body was bitten, had to go to the car to sleep」

「Do not stay here. The place is in need of a complete remodel or torn down and started over. Carpet was frayed and dirty, furniture all chipped & worn. Bedspread had cigarette burn holes in it. Staff was not friendly or helpful. If we had not been completely exhausted from traveling I would have demanded my money back & gone elsewhere.」

「The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price.」

「The room was not clean. There was dog kibble on the floor. Dead bugs in the windowsill and I had to kill a wasp. The tub had to cleaned before use. 」

「The hottub was excellent. The hotel itself is loud. The town of Poteau is a college town in a sea of fast food. However, it does have the historical distinction of being location to Bonnie & Clydes last heist. If you have to stay? This is the place. For food, Willy's Warehouse Steakhouse a few blocks down.」

「The building itself is a bit dated one of the elevator is broken, and seems to be broken for a while The running water fall between the two elevators give the hotel a smell of chloride The room is clean, no fridge in the room Shower head is slightly moldy Room decor seems ‘70ish 」

「The room was nasty, the shower was dirty, pretty sure there was crap on the side of my toilet, not to mention all the problems had while trying to check in. Will not be going back here!」
