"Last minute booking for 1 night in Bratislava & wish we'd stayed for longer. The apartment was almost brand new in a very modern building close to the Presidential Palace. Access was super secure, the reception was manned 24 h and the apartment was well equipped and of a generous size. We were in the studio. I think the bed may have folded away but we didn't try. Plenty of cupboards for storing your bags & washing machine & dish washer to make life easy. Staff on reception were super helpful...

"We enjoyed time in this beatuiful and Scandinavian style furnished apartment. Communication with Sara was easy and fast by Whatsapp. Construction work on the opposite of the street was a bit disturbing, but it should be soon ready. This house is very good choice to feel atmosphere of amazing Bratislava and to get easily to differerent locations."

"Bestätigte und bezahlte Buchung war dem Vermieter gar nicht bekannt. Äusserst mangelhafte bzw nahezu verhöhnende Hotline-Unterstützung per chat. Musste mir selbst helfen, glücklicherweise haben meine Bank bzw Paypsl die Abbuchung zurückgeholt. Haarsträubend mannhelhafter Service - unbedingt Finger von diesem Portal weglassen!"

"I had paid extra for late checkout but the cleaning lady still walked into my room while I was partially undressed. I emailed the apartment and they gave me an extra hour to checkout and the cleaning lady STILL came back in 30 minutes. They didn’t knock they just opened the door. When I told the apartment they said that they asked her and she didn’t walk in the second time. Which is a flat out lie. The exterior of the property is horrible too and the pictures make it look way nicer."

"The Botel was a fun place to stay during our friends European backpacking trip. There were three of us staying and the only issue we ran into was losing hot water in the shower pretty quickly and it takes quite a while for it to build back up. Other than that everything was great!"
