"Good: Clean; friendly staff. Bad: hot water stopped working at some point; safe was not working; lightbulb kept flickering; ice machine was broken on the 10th floor"

"Gorgeous lobby but packed with people and very loud. Room was extremely spacious but needed a fresh coat of paint. Bathrooms were small. Water pressure was low and bath towels were poor quality. "

"The food and the restaurant wasn’t our favorite. The people were lovely. The shared room doors are paper thin, and we had a couple Nextdoor having a what sounded like a great night. "

"The reception was not very friendly or kind. They didn't take garbage for whole trip. They do housekeeping every other day."

"I’d give this hotel an 9 out of 10. Overall, it was a really good stay and I’d definitely consider coming back. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and everything looked neat and organized when we arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the check-in and check-out process smooth and easy. I do feel like there should be microwaves inside these rooms. Still, overall it was a great experience. Clean rooms, nice staff, and a comfortable stay. Solid 9/10. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable place to stay."
