「This was my first time staying at the property. Staff was very nice, the lobby was nice, breakfast was decent. But the amenities was HORRIBLE. The pool was out of order, all the equipment in the gym had "do not use", except the bike. And our room had 3 big towels, 1 face towel, and 1 medium towel. I went down to ask for towels, and was told they were in the dryer and she will bring them up later. That never happened. We had to go across the street to the Dollar Store to buy towels for our 2...

「I was kind of disappointed after staying here in the past. There was no hot water in the room. Air conditioning was not keeping the room good and cool but the rest of the hotel felt really comfortable. Yes it was hot so I didn’t let either of those bother me too much. The shower did have issues with the door so I would think that with this level of hotel it should have many of this addressed with maintenance. When I got to the hotel in about 7:40 AM, the receptionist let me know that they had canceled my role and that they put me as a no-show after me talking to the receptionist and her letting these Manager know 3 to 4 days in advance that I would be coming in that night that I will be coming in the next morning.」

「The Ladies at the desk were friendly rhonda in the breakfast room was wonderful.the room smelled like cat pee the area was suspect I book a room here because it had a pool the pool wasn't open and looked like it hadn't been open in a while there was a a chicken bone on the floor outside our room 3 days. Not worth the money 1st and last stay here」
