"Nice room. Comfortable bed. Hot tub no working, which other guests mentioned was a recurring problem. Front desk staff very friendly, but management unresponsive. Left two messages for manager, who has not responded now five days later. Watch out for undisclosed "Safe and ??? Fee". I was told manager ..."

"Toatally enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Grand - the facilty is immaculate inside and out, the room was spacious, well maintained and up to date. The breakfast was generous, hot with a great variety. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We would absolutely visit the Grand again any time."
