「My family and i had a great time at the house. The location was amazing- just a quick walk to the beach. We only wished the downstairs was fixed up a bit so we could have hung out with our pups - but they still enjoyed watching everything from the porch. Would definitely return!」

「Our stay at this beach house was disappointing, especially considering the price. The property was not as clean as expected. There was visible dust on the curtains downstairs, and the curtains upstairs were dirty. There were tons of ants throughout the yard and bugs were a constant issue in the downstairs bathroom. The pictures online were also deceiving, as they did not accurately reflect the condition of the property. It looked newly remodeled, and that was not the case.The home showed...

There’s plenty of space to lounge and relax. We are so grateful that Latane allowed us to stay. What a wonderful trip」

「The place was exactly what we expected. Location was walking distance to beach, resturants and activities. We parked the car unpacked and essentially walked everywhere for the two days we were there. Beach, resturants, putt putt golf, bars, music,shops, bait shop, etc. Everything was less than 10min walk. It definiately provided the beach vibe more then any hotel would have. We will be staying there again.」

「Great little house about 15mins from the beach! And the area is very quiet. It was a last minute get away from my family. The tiny house was perfect get away for us. Only thing we had problem with was falling alseep, because how much light from the street light was coming into the house at night. It would be night to have blackout curtains through out the house. Made it hard to fall asleep and get into a deep sleep. We are looking forward to our next stay there.」

「Our family really enjoyed our stay at banana pancake over the forth of July. It was extra nice to include our family dog this year as well! The porch was definitely our favorite because even though we were there in plus 100 temps the ocean breeze can be felt and kept us comfortable while enjoying the ocean view. The beach is literally just a few steps away! Great communication with the owner who was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back!」

「Our stay here was short but wonderful. We were staying to attend a concert at the Greenfield Lake Amphitheater. It was a stones throw from the venue! The home was beautiful, clean, and inviting. The beds and sheets were beyond inviting and comfortable . The area was quiet and provided us with a great nights sleep.」
