The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a period building without a lift and is an ideal place for short business or leisure stays: the area is full of restaurants, bars, shops and bars for an aperitif and is well served many services that will make your stay in Bologna unforgettable!
*** The apartment is located in the beating heart of the historic center, in the heart of the university area within a lively but at the same time safe neighborhood. In the immediate vicinity there are clubs, bars and restaurants. Behind Piazza Maggiore, near the Central Station and the Bus Station and a few minutes walk from the main monuments, squares and museums, it is the ideal place for those who want to discover the city on foot. The neighborhood, very central, is full of shops, restaurants, cafes, clubs, cinemas and theaters. In addition, it is well connected to the peripheral areas: the line 28 stop for the Fair is only 200 meters away and the airport shuttle stop is 300 meters away. The studio apartment, about 32 square meters large, is located on the ground floor of a characteristic Bolognese building. Internally the house consists of a sleeping area with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe for personal belongings. There is also a relaxation corner with sofa in the bedroom. The kitchenette is fully equipped and equipped with table, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, dishes, glasses, cutlery and mocha. Services with shower box and bidet.
