Great property in a great location

This property is great for a group outing. Spacious house with plenty of room for our group. The property is fairly secluded with a private driveway but Bolton landing is just a 5 minute drive down the hill. Large deck perfect for group dinner and a beautiful view of lake George.

Lake george trip

Perfect house for large groups

This property is fantastic for a large family or group of friends. Multiple bedrooms with twin beds and extra sleeping space in the downstairs living room. The outdoor area has a fire pit with 12 chairs around it as well as a big leveled yard for outdoor games. Great view of the lake from the backyard and deck! If it's raining there is a pool table, foosball and ping pong table in the game room. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. And there is a large driveway if multiple parking spots are needed. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Family reunion

Beautiful and spacious, clean and very accommodating. Twin beds were a bit narrow and a little uncomfortable, but definitely a great place to stay!!

Perfect lake house

Everything was great - enough beds for everyone, multiple bathroom, plenty of blankets, kitchenware, etc. The fire pit was our favorite - spent hours out there - lots of s’mores and laughs!

Great property!

My wife and I made a last minute decision to attend a wedding reception in Bolton, and found this great house! There is a ton of room and things to keep your family entertained, but it’s close enough to town and great hiking trails that it’s easy to spend the whole day out and about. We plan to come back with family and fully utilize the property!

Best place ever!

This house and the owner were outstanding. The house is big and beautiful, better than any photos can show. The owner was very accommadating, friendly and did everything to make this sorority reunion terrific.

Annual family weekend

Amazing family weekend in the most Perfect house. Large functional kitchen, big dining room tables so we could all share meals, well equipped games/toys for toddler, plenty of playpens/high chairs for baby. Wonderful location and easy ride to Bolton landing. Clean and welcoming. Most stunning views of thick plush forest and lake. Most definitely saving this home for future trips!!

Family Reunion

The property provided multiple spaces for gathering our large extended three(3) family, four(4) generation clan (deck for meals, campfire circle, game rooms). Great House!

Property was clean and in great shape. Plenty of room for the 3 families that stayed there. Really nice game room in the garage and a great fireplace upstairs. As a bonus you will see plenty of the owner’s (Joyce) paintings throughout the house! I would rent again.

Family get together

This home is so beautiful and it was the right place for our family getaway. Very clean and you feel at home as soon as you walked in the door. Kitchen was large and stocked with everything you would need and more. Lots of games and the pool table,ping pong table and foosball, was Soo fun. The owner Joyce was very good at communicating when we had any questions. We made some wonderful family memories. Would definitely stay again.

Great family vacation

This property is fantastic. It is all that the description says it is and more. We loved sitting on the deck looking out onto the beautiful property and the lake and mountains beyond. I have rented many houses and this house has one of the larger and well organized kitchens that I've seen. I was there with my grandkids

The photos on the app do not do this place justice. It was even better than we had expected. Perfect for families with young children and prefect for adults too. Anywhere you go on the property there’s enough seating for everyone. 10 minutes from the town of Bolton and the water. I would love to book this location again.

Bachelorette fun

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend. The house was so spacious and had so much to offer. The outdoor games, fire pit, and game room provided a lot of entertainment. The only downside was being a 20 minute drive away from Lake George village. The house was perfect, and secluded! Would definitely recommend for other larger groups!

Mini family reunion

Well equipped house with plenty of space for 3 family with young kids. Plenty of space with all essentials. Towels not provided but the owner was clear on this from the time of booking. Joyce was very quick to respond to all my questions.

Big house, great for families!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Joyce’s property. There is more than enough room to host a large group and there’s plenty of amenities to occupy everyone. The only downside I’d say is the rental only came with one key. When hosting large groups, more than one key, or a keypad, would be easier. The only thing missing from this property to make it perfect would be a hot tub. The deck and the view with a hot tub would be amazing!

ANOTHER GREAT STAY IN BOLTON LANDING

THIS WAS OUR SECOND TIME STAYING ON JOYCE'S PROPERTY . AND IT WAS ANOTHER AMAZING STAY . THE HOUSE WAS PERFECT FOR OUR FAMILY OF 11 . SO CLEAN AND VERY WELL STOCKED WITH EVERYTHING YOU CAN POSSIBLY NEED OR WANT . CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT PROCESS SO EASY . WE SPENT TIME IN THE GAME ROOM PLAYING POOL AND A LOT OF TIME ON THE SECOND FLOOR DECK MAKING MEMORIES WHILE ENJOYING THE GORGEOUS VIEW OF LAKE GEORGE . CANNOT SAY ENOUGH HOW BEAUTIFUL THE TOWN AND BEACH AT BOLTON LANDING ARE . WE ARE ALREADY TALKING ABOUT PLANS FOR NEXT SUMMER AND STAYING AT THE SAME PROPERTY IF JOYCE WILL HAVE US .

Great mountain home

Joyce(owner) was excellent. She was there if we needed her. The house is amazing, clean, spacious enough for 14 adults and room to spare. The house had everything we needed. Bring your own bath and beach towels. They are not supplied. The grounds are great too. Hike in the woods are marked and the fire pit was awesome. Thank you for a great experience. We’ll be back.

A Terrific Family Vacation In Lake George

The entire family enjoyed this beautiful, setting and amenities that went along with the home! Either playing ping pong or kicking the soccer ball in the yard, everyone had a grand time. The hostess was outstanding and responded to any of our questions immediately. The home was well cared for and included everything you would need for meal preparation, etc. Very neat, clean and well furnished! Definitely a "Do Over!" E.B.
