Gute Klimaanlage, die auch im Sommer bei 35 Grad draußen gut kühlt. Die Bezeichnung Balkon ist übertrieben für 20cm Tiefe, aber zum Durchlüften zweckmäßig. Für einen mehrtägigen Städtetrip in Bozen perfekt eingerichtet und für 2 Personen sehr empfehlenswert. Da die Schlafecke offen zum Wohnraum ist,……

“The location is great near the main plaza and a few blocks from the Bolzano Bahnhof. Plenty of restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and long - I am 191 cm felt didn’t have a problem. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who plans to stay a few days in Balzon.”

“Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Räume sind sehr großzügig und es gibt einen wirklich ordentlichen Parkplatz im Innenhof! Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein und die beiden Balkone sind recht klein. Da wir ohnehin die meiste Zeit auswärts essen waren, war das aber kein Problem. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.”
