“This is the second year that my wife and I joined my daughter's family at this house. We chose it for its location on the river and it having a beach. We brought a small sailboat with us and had a great time on the river and the beach. The layout suited our needs with a downstairs master bedroom. We attended the Cow Town rodeo on Saturday night and enjoyed it. The host maintained good communication via the app. We would recommend this as a great place to stay for a good time on the water.”

A coffee bar and a bottle of wine were waiting for us! Such thoughtfulness. Rachel and Jim answered all questions promptly. Across the parking lot is an eatery with excellent seafood and a lively night life. Bowers Beach on the Delaware Bay is a short walk away. We had an enjoyable, relaxing weekend. ”

“It was a lovely home with many modern conveniences with interesting furnishings and decor. There was a lot of thought and time that went into everything we found in this home. My husband said I was like a kid on Christmas everytime I discovered something else (and he liked the new gadgets in the kitchen). There were only 2 of us, but with the bedrooms and the sofa beds, there was room for more. The home was close to everything we wanted to explore. I also enjoyed the view from the window……
