Beau loft mais de nombreuses détériorations...

Nous avons constaté plusieurs dysfonctionnements et absences d'équipements, qui n'étaient pas mentionnés dans l'annonce : À l’arrière du jardin, un débarras contenait des restes d'animaux (carcasses notamment de poulet)ce qui s’est révélé dangereux pour notre chien. Deux toilettes étaient bancales au niveau de la cuvette et tenaient à peine sur un morceau de bois. Une porte de douche était endommagée, ce qui a compliqué son utilisation. Le store d’une chambre était cassé, obligeant un couple à passer la semaine dans le noir. Comprenez que ce point est inadmissible. La piscine était extrêmement chlorée, ce qui n’incitait pas à la baignade. Une porte-fenêtre du côté de la table de ping-pong ne ferme pas. L’absence de poubelle extérieure a rapidement posé un problème pour la gestion des déchets, surtout avec une famille de 12 personnes. Le lavabo de la salle de bain fuyait, nous avons dû le réparer nous-mêmes, et celui situé à l'extérieur fuit également. Des insectes et des fourmis ont été présents dans les salles de bain 1 et 2. La table de ping-pong est bancale, tout comme le billard, où les boules roulent d'elles-mêmes. D’ailleurs une cigarette a été retrouvée par terre dans la salle de billard. Nous comprenons que certains problèmes peuvent survenir, mais nous avons estimé que ces différents désagréments ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix payé pour la semaine, ni du standing que nous attendions de votre établissement. Nous remercions aussi Théâ pour son accueil.

Superbe équipement

Un logement superbement rénové (style loft) pour 12 couchages, avec de nombreux équipements (piscine, barbecue, four à pizza, billard, hamacs, baby-foot, pétanque…). Idéal pour des vacances en famille.

Sejour à Bompas

Cette maison nous a permis de nous retrouver en famille pour passer les fetes de Noel. Nous avons pu loger dans un confort optimal beneficiant des belles prestations de la maison. Petits et grands se sont amusés grace aux nombreux espaces de jeux. Tres beau sejour. Merci

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la maison est tout à fait conforme à l’annonce et aux photos avec de grands espaces de jeu pour les enfants et de nombreux équipements pour passer des moments agréables. Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter haben uns herzlich empfangen und standen uns bei Fragen oder Problemen kurzfristig, hilfsbereit und freundlich zur Verfügung. Das Haus war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sowohl die Küchenausstattung als auch die Ausstattung für die Freizeitgestaltung auf dem Gelände waren hervorragend. Boule, Billiard, Tischtennis, Tischkicker, Badminton, Basketball, Kleinkinderspielplatz ist alles zur Nutzung bereit. Einzig ein paar mehr Trinkgläser und mehr Stühle (für drinnen und draußen je 12) wären toll gewesen. Aber das ist schon Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Im Außenbereich steht sowohl ein großer Grill wie auch ein Pizzaholzofen zur Nutzung bereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, danken den Vermietern für ihre Gastfreundschaft und kommen gerne einmal wieder....

Prachtig huis en tuin. Pizzaoven, bbq, veel mogelijkheden om buiten te zijn.

Het is een heerlijk ruim huis. Wat opvalt is dat de afwerking niet zo goed is. Deuren die niet dicht kunnen, douchedeuren die niet sluiten. Verstopte doucheputjes. Zoals wij het benoemen; met de Franse slag gebouwd. Maar alles wel kunnen aangeven en dan zijn de beheerders er zo en ze doen hun best om het te fixen en ze zijn heel vriendelijk. Al met al zouden we er zeker nog een keer heen gaan.

Beautiful villa and very helpful hosts

We were a group of friends and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house and surrounds are well equipped with multiple lounging options which were popular with everyone! BBQ and outside seating area were super. Use of games equipment good option (eg pool, badminton etc). (Would be great for kids too). We paid extra deposit on arrival for these which was refunded on checkout. Hosts were very responsive anytime we needed anything and provided advice on local vineyards! Bompas itself has limited offering so renting car is a good idea as there are many fantastic options within driving distance.

Villa très agréable

Très bon séjour, logement très agréable, les extérieurs sont très fonctionnels. Dommage que la villa ne situe pas dans un endroit plus isolé du voisinage ce qui permettrait de profiter d’avantage des extérieurs le soir

Very enjoyable

The property was advertised and met all expectations, plenty of space for all to enjoy, plenty for the children to do and enjoy. The pool was checked regularly, though at times the chemical was a little strong on the eyes, but did not stop the enjoyment. Rooms were good sizes comfartable and the air conditioning was very good. Pillows could have been a bit firmer . The young ladies who met us were brilliant when one of our group had a minor cut. One criticism made by the ladies of our group was a lack of mirrors. Do not let the drive down the lane to the property put you off as it is worth it. Any adverse comments are only minor and did not detract from a wonderful holiday. I would have no hesitancy recommending this property.

Rien à redire sur le séjour.... si ce n’est que l’on s’est tellement plu ds la propriété que l’on en a presque oublié de visiter les alentours!!! Donc un conseil si vous voulez profiter ET visiter... réservez 2 semaines!!! Caro de Belgique...
