「Room was clean. There was mold in the bathroom. The fan was very loud and noisy. Good breakfast. Internet very slow Lighting in room awful. It was way too dark.」

「Newer place and it was close to shop La and foods. They don’t clean your room entail after 4 days but will gladly give you more towels. Gulf Shore and Orange beach are roughly 20 minutes or so.」

「I liked the price first and foremost. We live in a time where live goes on and fast. Sometimes you need that peace and calm in a busy world, and the thought of a place you can afford, the property is up to date, and clean means more than most people realize, so thank you for the cleanliness, and nice staff that are willing to help you when you need it.」

「I needed a last minute stay after there were issues at my previous lodging and this was the perfect solution. The value for the money was great. The beds felt as luxury as you would find at more expensive resorts and I ended up booking two more of their properties based on this experience.」

「We arrived on a Monday so we didn't need room cleaned on Tuesday morning. But we returned from the beach and got a lot of sand on the floor so I went to the desk and asked for room to be cleaned. Housekeeping was gone for the day so I asked the man at the desk if we could get room cleaned in the a. m. and he said yes. Went fishing on Wednesday and when we returned the room had not been cleaned. I went to front desk to let them know so housekeeping mgr came to see if we wanted room cleaned. Yes...

「It wasn’t terrible. The bathtub was leaky and had water stain on the drain from the leak. The lamp shade should have been wiped, there were some questionable spots on it. Some of the towels were stained with dark spots. Cleaning staff could improve a notch or two. Those are the only complaints. Breakfast waffles were delicious. The a/c ran great, which in this summer heat, good a/c is a must. A great location. Friendly staff.」

「The lobby had a weird smell and the room had signs of water damage. It was otherwise clean. Not a bad experience, but will not be booking again. The free breakfast was the only perk that separated Sleep In from other similarly priced hotels in the area.」

「Great breakfast, clean room, polite staff. The front desk needs a bell or phone to contact employee because they are in the office in the evening and didn’t come out for 20 minutes. Unable to call front desk from room also..front desk phone out of order. I had to book through Expedia because no phone service with front desk. Brand new building working out the details I guess. Plan to return in the future!」
