Welcome to our "At Home+1" stay! This quaint little 3-bed, 2-bath house in Bonaire is the perfect destination for individuals and families. Enjoy fast Wifi speed and smart TV streaming access in every room. Optimized for comfort and relaxation inside, and perfect for entertaining outside. Minutes from Hwy 96 & I75. Book now for comfort and convenience! Pet fee applies after booking confirmation.
No interaction with hosts is necessary. Hosts are available to contact through booking platform app, and cell phone in case of emergency.
This single family house is perfectly located in a quiet, safe suburban neighborhood directly between Hwy 96 and Feagin Mill Rd. There you will find a multitude of restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater, bar&grills etc.
No more keys! Space is accessible through keyless entry. Host will send out code and/or app access instructions for keypad prior to guest arrival.

STAYS LONGER THAN 45 NIGHTS
* If the guest is staying for more than 45 Nights, a midstay reset will be performed by the host to ensure property maintenance, linen reset, and the guest is abiding by house rules in order to continue the lease. The guest is responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.

In order to maintain security for our neighborhood, we require guests to submit a verified form of identification prior to check-in for a soft background check. Please note that in order to access the property at check-in, guests must complete this prior to their check-in date.
