「在杜阿拉相對算OK、不錯的飯店，裝潢新穎，部分員工態度不錯，但速度跟服務上有些呆滯，房間有裝潢設計，但乾淨的細節度上並不到位，六樓走廊霉味很重，以上。」

「Le service est de très mauvaise qualité. Même si le personnel est gentil et accueillant, il y a un grand manque de professionnalisme. Malgré mes relances je n'ai pas pu obtenir une facture globale de mon séjour car le réceptionniste, qui jouait au solitaire sur son ordinateur, a remis ça au dernier moment et évidemment l'imprimante ne marchait pas quand j'ai dû partir. On m'a demandé de payer plus chère ma chambre car la promotion dont j'ai bénéficié lors de ma réservation n'était soi disant...
