“I stay at Residence Le Querce quite often. The rooms are spacious and clean. I love that I am able to prepare food for myself (the grocery store next door is very convenient for this). And the staff are always friendly.”

“We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! ”
“We really enjoyed our 4 nights in Bergamo. The apartment is massive, in a great location & very well equipped with anything you could need. The only slight downside was the two flights of very steep, quite dark stairs to get to the apartment.”

But for winter I think this place will be too cold because as soon as the temperature dropped it is even colder inside by 3°

“El propietario muy comunicativo. El apartamento limpio y centrico. Buen apartamento para estancias cortas. El aeropuerto 15 min. En taxi 20 euros. Habia todo lo necesario tanto en baño como en cocina.”
"Actually, I booked a two-night stay on hotels from March 31st to April 2nd, but due to personal reasons, I only stayed for one night and then checked out. The hotel told me that the night I didn't stay could not be refunded, which I can understand and accept.
But when I checked out the next day, the hotel charged me again. At that time, I thought that hotels plateform only deducted the money for one night, so I paid by credit card for another night. Now the situation is that I only stayed for one night, but they charged me for three nights and refuse to give back the repaid amount to me with no explanation.
