“We did not stay here. The property was un kept, the room was dirty, moldy and damp. There was no facilities near. We told them. We emailed tham ststinf we would not be staying there in a timely mannor. ”

“Barlovento is a gem near Tayrona. One almost doesn’t need to leave the property to get the real jungle beach experience. However, it is a perfect home base for your adventure. The accommodations are very comfortable and quiet. Just watch out for the “no see ums” insects that get through the mosquito nets in the cabana, but this is true everywhere. Also the ocean is very loud at the cabana but earplugs make it more of a soothing background noise. Overall one of my favorite places to visit and……

“Although the outdoor space of the property was great, the accommodations were dark, cemented wall, shower curtain bathroom door, musty door and beds were like sleeping on plywood. The food was average in price and quality in restaurant but no coffee available until 8 am. I paid for 4 nights and after 2 nights I was struggling with the musty smell and asked for partial compensation back for the unused portion of my stay and they said no..”

“100 % recomendado, la atención de Laura es de otro nivel y te hace sentir como en casa. Está a unos 5-7 min caminando de la playa principal y los desayunos son deliciosos!
