Upgraded 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths house on a premium lot. Majestic mountain views in the heart of ski country! Just 3.5 miles to Stratton, 11 to Magic Mountain, 18 to Mt. Snow, 25 to Okemo, and 41 to Killington. Enjoy peace in the woods with a outdoor firepit, expansive deck and patio for dining and relaxation. Stunning ridgeline and ski trail views from every room. Fully stocked kitchen, master suite with jacuzzi, walkout basement with surround sound system and sauna, mudroom with ski racks. We hope you enjoy what our place and Winhall has to offer.

With 2 King bedrooms (main floor and basement), 2 Queen bedrooms (second floor and basement), one Twin room (second floor), 3 spacious gathering rooms on each level and 3 full baths (each on it's own level), additional half bath on main floor, complete with sauna, two fireplaces and outdoor fire pit! Our home is extremely comfortable for large groups & multi-generational families to enjoy together. The master bedroom, kitchen, dining, and living rooms are all accessible from ground floor entry. Steps away from the best hiking and skiing in Southern VT!

Close drive to slopes; host stocked the home with enough firewood for our stay; plenty of salt available so we were safe in an ice storm; all bedding and towels provided, so arrival and departure was a snap; sauna was a lovely plus; kitchen had staples like spices and oils and pots and pans etc; very cozy main level for the whole group to play games and interact, but plenty of places to spread out as well. Clean. Overall, a very lovely stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a ski trip at Stratton! The location was super convenient, a short 5 min drive to the slopes. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed- towels, shampoo, body wash, fully equipped kitchen! The host was responsive and gave us all the info we needed. Overall I would highly recommend staying here for a ski trip!

We had a wonderful time with family . Beautiful place , very clean and perfect for our family and extended family. We loved gathering around the fire pit. Highly recommend if you want a place that is close to everything but yet private. We rent a lot of Vrbo for our large family and this is 5 star.

Nice house but so many problems

The house appeared very nice from the start and had a grear layout. Communication was very good with the owner. However, I have never had so many issues with a rental before. First, we knew the house had no AC, which was a first for me and i would not rent without it in the summer again. The house was an oppressive greenhouse and did not have enough fans. Cleaning staff should have opened up the windows before we got there knowing the outside temps as it was 88 in the house. We opened every window of course. When night came, 3 of the bedrooms were covered in bugs from outside from likely holes in the screens. We had a large group making it hard to find another house, otherwise we would have moved as everyone was grossed out. We had to shut the windows the rest of the trip in those rooms making it steaming hot. One of the windows in the kitchen was broken and unable to shut properly. The refrigerator did not work the first few days probably because of the oppressive temps in the house. We finally got it to the right temp on the 3rd day. We found most of the towels in the drier as cleaning staff forgot them, but why should i have to fold 20 towels and put them away? Finally, the house just was not properly appointed to live in, with almost nothing in the kitchen or closets to accommodate guests..hardly any equipment to cook in the kitchen, such as no cooking supplies, pot holders, plastic wrap, less than one toilet paper roll per bath, no paper towels etc.

Amazing family getaway!

We had a group of 10 people, ages 17 to 70, and everyone enjoyed this house. Our goal when renting is always to find someplace cozy, but also a little bit luxurious. This house was a perfect mix! It was so nicely decorated and felt so elegant, but was perfectly welcoming and comfortable. We didn’t get to enjoy the outside space as much as we’d hoped (due to the weather,) but the inside space allowed for our entire group to be together on the main floor and still have space to spread out comfortably. The fireplace on the main floor is gorgeous and the owners left wood ready to go, with more in the shed outside.There is a primary suite on the main level, which worked out great for one person in our group that had mobility issues. Two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs, each floor with a shared bathroom, meant that everyone had plenty of privacy. Beds were comfortable and shower pressure was great. The kitchen was well stocked.As impressive as the house is, the best thing about this experience was the communication with the hosts. Any question we had , even silly ones, were answered within minutes. We so appreciated our time here, and we’d rent again in a heartbeat.

Ski weekend

The place was set up nice and perfectly located between Magic Mountain and Bromley (where we were skiing). When we arrived there was only 1 towel and washcloth per person with no extra towels to be found. Also no extra TP in the bathrooms, just what was on the TP holders. There was also no dish towels/cloths in the kitchen. We did contact the owner and he got back to us quickly and sent his cleaning crew over with supplies. The heat was a curiosity as it was set in the 50's during the day/evening and then would crank up to 78 during the night. We would turn it up but it would eventually go back to the low setting during the day and high setting at night. Luckily there was a lot of wood for the fireplace so we could at least keep it warm.

Excellent house for families

We were 3 families - 6 adults and 6 kids (from 2 to 18 years old) - and had an awesome time in this beautiful and comfortable house. Each family had its own space in each floor and we enjoyed of the family room and kitchen every day. Host was very friendly also.

Amazing!!!

This place is absolutely beautiful!! There were 12 of us ages 22-55 we had plenty of room!! The views from the deck were great! I would definitely recommend this house!! Everything you need is there!!
