"The hotel charged me 15 euros for the electric charging station and the car charger did not work at all. When I asked to be reimbursed, the receptionist became really mean!! It is not about 15 euros, in the grand scheme of things…I will likely never get reimbursed!! it is about how the receptionist who treated all the customers so poorly and was sooo condescending … They don’t have the customers and service in mind. "We had a fabulous week here. The hotel is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and owner more than makeup for that. Breakfast was good and it’s a great location only a short walk from port restaurants and beach. Would happily stay here again. We were here without a car and for a week there was plenty to see and do as well as a little relaxation. Thoroughly recommend "
