The Home:
A single-story home with one-of-a-kind pieces throughout, including a live edge table salvaged after Hurricane Ian and a desk made from an airplane wing. The kitchen has a black-and-white backsplash, stainless steel appliances, counter seating and a dining nook for 4, with views over the upper lanai, pool and canal. The family room has modern furniture and a large front window.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The primary bedroom has a king bed, a TV, plantation shutters and direct access to the upper lanai and pool. Its en suite bathroom has a soaking tub, a large walk-in shower, a dual vanity, a private water closet and two large closets. On the other side of the home, bedroom 2 has a king bed and a large closet, and bedroom 3 has a queen bed with views of the backyard. The second bathroom, with a shower and tub combo, is just outside bedroom 2.

Outdoor Living:
The large screened lanai has a covered upper patio with a sofa, and the west-facing heated pool sits one level down with 4 chairs around it. Mangroves surround the yard, so there are no neighbors in view. There is a Weber charcoal grill. The canal behind the home connects to the Imperial River, Fish Trap Bay, Estero Bay and the Gulf.

Kitchen extras: waffle maker, toaster oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and fridge water and ice.

Location:
The home is on a quiet dead-end street in Bonita Springs, a little over a mile from historic downtown Bonita Springs, with Everglades Wonder Gardens, River Park and the Rooftop at Riverside food truck park. Bonita Beach Park is a 4.8 mile drive. The Bonita Springs Recreation Center and Bonita Fairways Golf Course are just down the road.

• Pets: up to 2 non-shedding dogs welcome. No cats or other animals. Pets are not allowed in the pool.
• Parking: driveway parking for up to 4 cars. The garage is not available to guests.
• Trash & recycling: our trash and recycling program takes the cans to the curb and brings them back for you automatically.
• Pool safety: the pool has no safety fence or alarm. Please supervise children at all times.
• Boating: kayaks and paddleboards are welcome. Motorboats cannot be used or docked at the property because the canal is narrow.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.
