I absolutely loved the Bob W in Bonn. My apartment was quiet and located on a wonderful street. Breakfast at The Lighthouse Cafe was a daily treat. I plan to stay at other Bob W locations.

Room was beautiful and clean but the window opened up to the fire escape and therefore allowed access to the room.
Getting into the hotel and room was difficult. Communication extremely difficult, very hard to reach anyone. Staff on premise didn't speak german or english and were of no help. Steep staircase, no elevator

This place was a little hard to find. You have to look up because there is only a Bob W sign above it. I do like that everything is touch less, you can use your phone to get in and out of your room.This is a very nice place that is close walking distance to everything. I will say to pack lite people because there is no elevator. We were lucky that we only had to go up two and half flight of stairs. And it is on a fairly busy street and at night it can get quite loud. Closing the windows does help but it all depends on how the people are. But, it was a decent place to stay.
