「We were keen to try a tiny house experience. We were of the impression from the photos that we would be in a tiny place that was looking at a lake and secluded. Instead No water views and houses nearby. However it was clean, quiet and good for a single night stay. It was also a hot night and no windows to open for cross breeze so we were reliant on air con. :(」

「This property is beautiful. We so enjoyed the big deck with the view of the lake. And the a/c inside was essential owing to a very hot weekend. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of except for a reading lamp in the downstairs double bedroom 」

「I really want to give 5 stars for this place- but unfortunately…,,,,The location and the house is stunning! But the let downs was the cleanliness. The spa was disgusting and had broken glass by the gate. Nearly every piece of cutlery, tray, plate and cup was dirty. No hand soap or dishwashing liquid. The first night no hot water. The fire pit is on a side of a hill- no chance for confit- and the house is 12 people- 3 double rooms 1 room with 4 bunks and a downstairs with 2 sofa beds. But no one...

「Felt very welcomed on entering this beautiful home, Large spacious home well appointed facilities and heaps of space to have the whole family enjoy our time together. It had been touch and go as to whether the recent bushfires would put a stop to our stay. The communication with the Book High Country team, was exceptional. Loved the fact that we could assist with pumping our tourist into the local traders community.Thoroughly enjoyed our annual family get together, with family members...

「The place is welcoming and spacious.Found few dead insects otherwise clean.Had a pproblem with hot water but quick fix with property manager.It's 1hr 10mins from property but advertised as 30mins from there to Mt Buller.My whole family loved the stay」
