The kitchen was well stocked and the beds and baths were clean and comfortable. We were close enough to town to walk to restaurants and shops. "Four of us stayed here for the eclipse. The place was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were a lot larger than I was expecting. The nearby trains can be a little loud, however the host was prepared with earplugs for sleeping and we all slept well. It is an easy walk to downtown and restaurants. I recommend La Fuente, or Joe's Pizza. My only suggestion would be for more comfortable chairs in the living room."

We’d already had a rough day trying to stay ahead of thunderstorms and tornado watches/warnings and as we had been on the road for a few days, needed to clean some clothes. We managed to get them washed but were having some issues with the dryer when one of the staff offered to dry them in their commercial dryer. After they were finished she brought them to us all neatly folded. "
