“A great little hotel of Thai or East Asia vibes. There's some effort put into architecture and construction making it a relaxing and cozy place of rest. A good find to be in Manila with good value for the price. Staff helpful and I had a courtesy. The only things to improve a bit is that there should be a 24 hrs service at front desk instead of as of now 6am-11pm. There could perhaps be a need of change of toilets since they are of the older type. Had some minor issues with them. For the noise……

“There are just so many things went wrong. The keys won’t work the first day upon check in. There is no hot water for two days. The bathtub is broken so they give you a bucket to fill up on your own. No hot water is connected to bathtub and they described as specialized features lol. Every room services needs to call up at least three times to get serviced. Breakfast was bad stale and stop service one hour before close. Staffs are rude and refused to help. The worst is they refused to give the……

“Ups: The staff is to be commended, really helpful and well mannered personell. Very fast service upon requests. The impression is that they actually do what they can to make you enjoy your stay. Rare find these days even at five star hotels. Downs: The standard rooms are kinda small. If you're 5'11" or taller you might have problem to fit in to bed and even bathroom. For two persons it's really tight. There ought to be water kettles in the rooms. WiFi worked okay but there were connection……

“Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not……

“Staff was excellent. Although there was an issue (safe wasn't working and couldn't be fixed and I accepted that) they still went out of their way to help out. Especially so the waiter which had a heavy laden of work on him due to a new system with door cards. He was sweating while running busy about in the bldg. It was also a surprisingly quiet night given that Sogo is the hub for "love couples" running on and off to rooms for shorts 24hrs. Also located directly to the train station. Else it's……

“Not to bad. No windows was hard. The bed was like sleeping on concrete. Other then that it wasn’t to bad.”

“The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay.”
