“The hotel has been nicely remodeled and the rooms are clean and well appointed. There’s nothing else in terms of amenities - no restaurant, cafe, or anything else - but there are plenty available in the neighborhood. I would stay there again, but would request a room not overlooking the road. The traffic noise just can’t be blocked out. I had to change rooms after a noisy first night, but the staff were very gracious about it.”

“This property is like the “curates egg” some things ok some poor. The poor are: no credit card charge facilities at hotel, only cash There is no breakfast facility availability The dining area is totally geared to Chinese The tv is thru an analog system that keeps dropping out”

“Room is big. Nice staff. Main door will close at night. Need inform staff to help open the door.”

“Ups: The staff is to be commended, really helpful and well mannered personell. Very fast service upon requests. The impression is that they actually do what they can to make you enjoy your stay. Rare find these days even at five star hotels. Downs: The standard rooms are kinda small. If you're 5'11" or taller you might have problem to fit in to bed and even bathroom. For two persons it's really tight. There ought to be water kettles in the rooms. WiFi worked okay but there were connection……

“It was ok stay, was charged to a hanger that was barely touched but insisted that out responsible for being broken. Oh well. Lesson learned. Make sure you take photos of everything to make sure you dont get charged for something you didn’t do.”

“There was a rat in the ceiling awning The hotel had lots of homeless outside so it wasn’t safe to go anywhere after dark ”

“Staff was excellent. Although there was an issue (safe wasn't working and couldn't be fixed and I accepted that) they still went out of their way to help out. Especially so the waiter which had a heavy laden of work on him due to a new system with door cards. He was sweating while running busy about in the bldg. It was also a surprisingly quiet night given that Sogo is the hub for "love couples" running on and off to rooms for shorts 24hrs. Also located directly to the train station. Else it's……

“You get what you pay for. They have small swimming pool and they serve Filipino breakfast.”

“Wi-Fi did not work. USB port did not work. Ac was very noisy. Was moved to another room in a higher floor and finally got wifi. USB ports once again did not work. Had to get an extension cord and plug it behind the tv to charge phone ”
