"I’ve stayed there probably 10 times. They never remember me. Never an upgrade or a perk. I continue to go back because it’s just a solid choice. Clean hotel, nice staff, predictable and quiet. If your a single traveler, retired couple, business traveler that just needs a place to sleep than this is for you. You will never stay in a cleaner hotel. Period."

"We had a lovely time at this stay and everyone was so responsive to any issues that might have arrived. I do think the property could use some minor updating, but it’s absolutely beautiful and in an incredible location. We couldn’t have asked for a better time and a better place to stay."

"Really liked the property and would have been fun in the summer. Bed was comfy and there was a nice steamer. My only complaint is just how small the bathroom was. Other rooms may have larger ones, but it was tiny and that could be an issue for some."

"Jay was very thorough, responsive, and helpful in providing information about the house and the area. The house was spacious and clean with plenty of comfortable sleeping space for all 13 people in our group. All promised features (the hot tub, the video games, the gym equiptment, then kitchen appliances, the fire place) were working, clean, and in good condition. The property was lovely and I'm sure it's especially great in warm summer months. "

"We had a wonderful fall getaway at this home. We took advantage of the bounty of the farm stands and cooked everything from Thanksgiving dinner to breakfast in the kitchen. The table was a wonderful gathering place and the cozy fireplace in the living room set the perfect vibe. We also loved the proximity to wonderful nature and beach walks and to Sag Harbor. What a beautiful spot and the hosts could not have been more wonderful - from welcome flowers on arrival to allowing us a little extra time on our last morning they truly displayed a gift of hospitality and care.
