「We had seen multiple reviews that said the resort rooms need updating. We didn’t think that at all. The rooms were big and spacious. We loved all the extra activities that were offered for our sons. 「Overall, the place was clean. Has a washer and dryer and full kitchen which made the stay pretty good. The only issue was the indoor pool by the unit was unavailable the whole week we stayed, and also when we needed clean towels, we had to wash them instead of room service providing new ones. 「When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some. Microwave light wouldn't...

「Nice place to stay for a family. Lots of room. Easy parking and access. This is the third time we have stayed here. The first 2 times we were in the same condo but this time we were in a different one. Liked the loft enclosed. But the carpet in this one really needs to be replaced. Living room and dining room is getting in pretty bad shape. But the French Quarter is a great place to stay. We will stay here as a family anytime we come to Branson.」
