「Our stay at the Luxe at Abbey Villa was terrific. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. We were not expecting the pool to be completely under construction, which made for some very loud noise throughout one of the days, but Candace from Geneva Lakes Vacations was on it and so very helpful. 「Less than 4 hours to check in I had not heard from the agent or property manager. I finally called Vrbo on the day of check-in. I received a call from the agent telling me the unit I reserved could not be occupied due to the furnace malfunction. Total lack of communication from the property agent is unacceptable . The agent put me in Unit 5 . The base of the kitchen faucet is extremely loose. I could lift the faucet up from the sink and rotate it. There were 12 knives and no forks or spoons....
