The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The coffee pot did not work and the remote for the cable tv had no batteries. The heat lamps in the ceiling of the bathroom were not there. The staff replaced the coffee pot when I notified them.
The staff were very friendly and a pleasure to speak with. The rooms have a full refrigerator, dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare food. There is a restaurant and market next door. The restaurant facilities at this hotel have closed.
This is a great location if you are heading to Beech Mountain and want to save some money. If you are looking for new and the greatest amenities this is not for you.
I have stayed here before and most likely will again. If you want Beech on a budget this is the place.
