Lovely getaway spot

Amazing long weekend!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Boone. We hiked the ladder trail at Grandfather and a few other local trails. We went from warm weather, to a passing tropical storm, to snow by the time we left! The condo was perfect for my husband and me. It was the right size and cozy for a long weekend. The views were amazing and it’s centrally located to attractions, restaurants, shopping and more. It was a great stay!

Beautiful condo in mountains near Boone

We spent a wonderful week in this condo June 2 - June 9, 2024. The location is very beautiful - the view from the back deck is wide open mountain and sky. It is located up a winding driveway off the main road between Boone and Banner Elk, so it is convenient to all the area attractions, while having a feeling of between separated from all the busyness. The condo was stocked as described and we had everything we needed. The kitchen is very well supplied with all the needed dishes, pots, and pans. We didn't do much cooking, but we easily could have if we had chosen. The seating and bed were comfortable, and we enjoyed many evenings watching the beautiful scenery from either the living room or balcony. We definitely plan to return again in the future.

Weekend Getway

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway! Conveniently located to explore Boone, Blowing Rock, Linville Falls and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Condo was very comfortable and nicely appointed.

Loved our stay!

Perfect stay for our family of four. Our children are 5 & 7. We loved the place! It is exactly as described and as the pics shown. Very nice gated community. We would def stay here again. When looking for unit you can’t see it from parking space but you are at the right place. It’s down a couple of stairs or the elevator. I would really recommend this place!

Great location to several destinations

We stayed for a weekend and we’re able to enjoying dining and shopping in Boone, blowing rock and take in a day of skiing. The view is amazing to wake up to!

Great Mountain Getaway

This property sits atop a ridge and offers tremendous mountain views. The condo is immaculate. We loved the oversized, built-in grill on which to cook. It was quiet and peaceful. Grandfather mountain is just down the road and Boone is the other way. We didn't partake in the pool, but as we drove by, it looked nice. Like I said, this property sits atop a ridge with some very steep roads. The roads are all paved and extremely well cared for; however, we couldn't help but wonder what they may be like in the dead of winter. Maybe someone from Foscoe could address that. I would love to return in the winter, but the roads would be a concern in my decision-making process (we went over Spring break). If this is the area to where you are traveling, book now. This place is fantastic!

Nós amamos o condomínio, o apartamento muito bem limpo, localizado. Tivemos muita neve em nossa sacada, foi lindo. Passa um Natal mágicos. Só não gostei que paguei taxa de limpeza e ainda tive que entregar com louças guardas, geladeira limpa e recolher todas as toalhas e por na lavanderia e levar o lixo que é longe. Paguei para isso! Então eu não deveria fazer. Se eu não tivesse pago iria fazer com todo prazer. Lembrando que carro em dias de neve tem que tomar cuidado, tem que se precaver se não for 4X4.

Absolutely perfect! Cliche? Yes, but honest! Perfect views. Perfect surroundings and neighborhood. I scored big points with the family! A nice home away from home.
