Dogs rule at this tiny home and slice of heaven. Peaceful, private (80 acres) and conveniently located close to the Katy Trail (bikers, hikers) and I70 for those traveling. Step into this tranquil retreat featuring a cozy living room with a queen bed and sofa bed, smart TV, wifi, perfect for unwinding after a day of traveling or a busy day. Literally hike right outside your door. Creeks, woods and a pond (dog swimming pool). Coffee on the porch in the morning and wine at night around the fire pit. Dog toys, dog bowls,
...because we love our dogs.

This is the country...remote, gravel roads, wild life, no lights, bugs. many love it but it's not for everyone.

And you will be pleasantly surprised at what Boonville has to offer.

Katy Trail - 239 miles from KC to St. Louis.beautiful.

Warm Springs Ranch - majestic clydesdales.

Frederick Hotel - historic, lots of charm.

Arrow Rock - Lyceum theatre

Didn't Want to Leave

This tiny house was the perfect secluded getaway. The bed and couch bed were so comfortable, we didn't want to leave. The owner was kind and responsive. The place was clean and beautifully decorated. If you're looking for a hotel, stop, and book this instead.

Great spot out in the country!

Lois has a wonderfully appointed tiny home on her farm, with every detail thoughtfully curated. The bonus bed/futon was a nice surprise as it meant I didn’t have to share a bed with my 6’1” son. The snacks and water were also a nice end to an exhausting day on the trail. I might only suggest a new shower head to help overcome the showers size.
