"The property itself was clean and perfectly acceptable. The walls were thin, and the neighbors, loud. The TV volume could not be adjusted, and so was too quiet to hear. Oddly, though, I could hear the neighbor's TV just fine! An ok spot for an overnight, located near a beautiful park and close to restaurants, shops, and convenience stores."

"It sounded like they had been having issues with the hot tub for a while which was frustrating when it was one of the things we look for when booking and I feel there could be some way to report this for Expedia bookings. The water in the shower was warm at best, it never got hot enough for an enjoyable shower and the key cards were temperamental. We also had to “check out” our pool towels and return them. We were told it was because people steal them all the time. I’m not sure how that is my responsibility as a guest, but rather in my opinion should be considered in overhead for running a business. As far as TV services in the room, there really wasn’t any. There was a box for direct TV, however when you tried to watch something, it merely said to call a direct tv phone. Umber to have service restored. Unless you wanted to log in your own Netflix or other streaming service, you were not watching TV at all. However all of the employees were friendly and accommodating, especially the woman working in the morning on Wednesday! She went above and beyond for my particular child when he expressed preferences with his breakfast! Perhaps the management needs to look at these other issues, and praise their staff on our behalf!"

"Very clean and cozy spot!! Great access to Itasca State Park any time of year. Super easy check in/out, and very accommodating host. Enjoyed great meals at Lobos, bar/grill in Becida, and in Bemidji. Will definitely be back!"

"Beautiful home. Verily attentive hosts. We went for a snowmobiling weekend and had enough parking for two 2-up trailers, a 4 up, along with 2 pickups and an SUV. The snowmobile trail was within 3 miles. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. "
