The room was great. Lots of space. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast items were delicious. We enjoyed the many selections of tea and coffee. The proprietor,Jersey was terrific. He explained the property and area Had a wonderful time

Jersey was the best host! The property was beautiful and it was conveniently located right in the middle of Boothbay Harbor. Jersey gave us top-notch recommendations for restaurants, views, and shopping. So many delightful surprises!

Admiral Quarters, and the Greenleaf are both very conveniently located. Although they are Inns that were built many years ago they are tastefully, renovated, and cozy. The Inn keeper, Jersey, goes above and beyond to make his guests feel comfortable. His hospitality was a highlight of our stay. He shared his knowledge of the area, places to eat, and things to do. He took us on a boat ride of the harbor area and had a fire pit with marshmallows and s’mores when weather permitted. We will be back.

Green Leaf and Admirals Inn was a fantastic place to stay! Great location and the Inn was remarkably! The view was beautiful and it was nice being able to sit by the fire pit in the evenings. The staff was amazing especially Jersey who went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

The rooms were beautiful and comfortable along with the property. It is close to shopping and dining. The manager John “Jersey” made our stay wonderful. Felt more like being at home than in a hotel. There is a full kitchen with snacks to use at anytime which was very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here. My husband and I loved our vacation.

Perfect Stay in Boothbay Harbor

Beautiful property, great room. Got everything that I expected. Great service from the owner/host. Very welcoming and willing to help when needed. Views at even And morning were an A+. Each group has their own room with unique qualities. Then there’s a shared kitchen (complimentary items in fridge and snacks available). You can store food and or cook anything you’d like.

We loved the whole experience. I liked the use of he common spaces and the food provided. I loved the Nespresso machine. Loved the bonfire. Beds were comfortable. Very bright in the morning. A room darkening curtain option on the sliding doors would be good. Oddly, I loved the ceiling fan

Tight room with internet tv - no local channels. Not all rooms overlook the bay, but house has a common area with magnificent view. No breakfast, but kitchen open all hours with fridge for storage. Excellent seafood restaurant across the street

The room was nice, recently renovated, but the bathroom had vinyl floor and a plastic tub and shower was surprising for an inn. I was also surprised that my room was only accessible from the outside. Although I had access to the lovely kitchen and solarium, my room was only accessible by going outside and up the outside steps. This felt more motel than Inn. I also expected an B&B. There was a nice Nespresso and coffee maker, and use of a kitchen, there was really no snacks and breakfast. There was the same plastic container of store bought mini muffins there for 3 days. Water was in the fridge, and I saw someone with a bag of grocery store bagels. Since there was no innkeeper, we didn't know what to do upon check-out, we left the key on the desk and texted the person who checked us in (she was nice), didn't get a text back. The views were nice and location was good, but my preference is a B&B, and my "disconnected" room and lack of even minimal snacks left me disappointed.
