Breakfast was good. You are in the middle of major renovations. The halls had debris from construction in them. It appears to me that the project should have been planned so that customers did not have to walk past rooms in the process of being rebuilt. Our room was newly renovated and nice. The shower has problems. The least was there was no place to put the soap as one takes a shower. The worst is that water from the shower flowed on to the bathroom floor instead of being contained in the shower. Try it and you will see what I mean.

Property under active construction and it’s a total and complete filthy mess with debris and dust everywhere. Unbelievable that this hotel markets available rooms. It must be a violation of every building, safety and health code in the State of Maine.
